Cobblestone Farms is at the front entrance of Maricopa just like Rancho El Dorado. Coming off the 347 into Maricopa off to the left is the entrance to the beautiful Cobblestone Farms community. Cobblestone Farms is another community that has a lot to offer its residents. From a community pool, to sports fields and much much more.
At the front of Cobblestone Farms you are greeted with a beautiful lake and one of the two community Recreation Facilities. The front community area includes a basketball court the soccer/baseball field, a large community playground and covered picnic/BBQ areas. Cobblestone is extremely family friendly and has a lot to offer for active families who like to be outdoors.
In the middle of Cobblestone Farms community you will find the second community recreational area. This area includes the beautiful community pool which is gated, a super fun splash pad, two horseshoe pits, a large field for playing/sports and two basketball courts. The community prides themselves on having so much to offer the residents for staying active.
Also, throughout Cobblestone you will find a total of ten tot lots for families and friends to enjoy. This community is close to shopping, restaurants and much more that Maricopa has to offer. Being at the front of Maricopa, Cobblestone Farms I I would say the easiest community to get into during those busier time frames of the day. It is an easy turn left into on your way home and an easy out in the morning on your way to work. Cobblestone Farms is an active community and hosts events like trunk or treat and community friendly events.
The Community pool at Cobblestone Farms can be found in the middle of the community. The beautiful pool is gated and for the residence only and is open from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. There are restrooms and changing areas right inside the entrance of the pool area. The middle recreational center includes many other amenities as well. Like horseshoes, splash pad and a basketball court.
The splash pad is gated as well and for the residents only. It is within the same section as the community pool. The splash pad is fun for all during the summer months and even more fun for the kids when us parents think it is still too cold to go swimming. The splash pad is open the same hours as the pool.
Cobblestone Farms has two playgrounds within the community. Both playgrounds are nice big areas for kids to play. Both are equipped with slides, monkey bars, climbing gym and so much more. The playgrounds are not gated but are meant for the residents only. Also throughout Cobblestone are 10 tot lots.
Near the 2 large picnic areas that are found in the middle and front entrances of Cobblestone there are beautiful picnic areas that have horseshoe areas. The picnic area has covered seating and grills for grill.
At the front entrance by the beautiful Lake Cobblestone offers a baseball diamond. This diamond can be used recreational use and sometimes for team games as well. You just have to work out the scheduling with the community HOA. The fields is open year round and for the residents and public use as well.
Throughout Cobblestone Farms you can find one full basketball courts and two half courts. The courts are close to the playgrounds are open for all to enjoy. The courts are well maintained and easily accessible. But you do need to bring your own ball.
Right next to the baseball diamond you can find the full size soccer field. Like the baseball diamond the soccer field is open year round and is open to the public and the residents.
The horseshoes at both are off to the side for fun in the sun while waiting for your food to be ready. These areas are great for birthday parties and social events.
Cobblestone is not the biggest or smallest community in Maricopa, AZ but it definitely has a lot to offer Maricopa and the residents living in Cobblestone. With so much to do and the beautiful lake entrance who wouldn't want to live in Cobblestone.
