Buying a Home In Maricopa, AZ

Looking to buy a house in Maricopa, AZ. Here are the details you need to see if Maricopa is the Right fit for you.

Buying a new home anywhere is one of the biggest decisions you will ever make. It is also the largest purchase you will ever make. Both of these two things may make you want to shy away from starting the process.

Home buying can be a fun thing too! Just think about it... it would be your house, your money would be going into equity for you and you would have a place of your own to make memories with your family and friends.

Whether you are a first time buyer or this is your 5th house purchase all the emotions will be felt during the process. There is excitement, fear, nerves, sadness, confidence and even worry. If you don't feel all of these emotions during the process it is in my opinion not the right house for you. You need all these feelings to happen because then you know that house is truly the house for you. The excitement you found it, the nerves and fear of loosing it, the confidence that you will be moving into that house soon and the sadness that you have to leave where you are but know you are making the right choice. See with out feeling all of this, there is no way to know if that house is the right house for you

OK, enough with the emotional part of buying a house, let's talk about buying a house here in Maricopa, AZ. Maricopa is located 18-20 miles from the the I-10, this may seem like it is far out there but it is really not when you think about it. Maricopa is a growing City and there are new things coming up all the time. Buying a house out here now is the best time, house prices are rising and as the city grows so will the opportunity.

Houses here in Maricopa Range from the high $100,000's up to the $500,000's on average. I know that is a large price range but if you think about it that is how house prices range in any city. You can get a lot of house for the amount you spend also. Now, don't get me wrong we do have some smaller houses that are higher price per square foot but there is a house for everyone's personality and desires out here.

We have houses on a golf course, ones with lake views, large plot houses, RV garage houses, small square footage ones, ones that are huge and so much more. You can literally find something that will fit. If you can't there are communities still building new houses. We have new houses being built in almost all of the communities. This is great because it opens more doors for Maricopa, AZ to grow even more.

When you buy a house here in Maricopa you might be concerned on some of the small things like how many appraiser options are there, what about inspectors do they go out there, what about utilities. No need to worry I can help with all of that. I live in Maricopa and have been here since 2010. I have been through the water price changes, the electricity issues and so much more and I can tell you it is the same as all the other cities just a different company.

Maricopa, AZ is a great place to live in my opinion. It is a smaller city for now and has that smaller town kind fo feel at times. People here are very friendly, the schools are great and it is a lot quieter then the crazy Phoenix areas. Theses are a few reasons I chose to move to Maricopa. Other great things about Maricopa include the stores and shops are always clean, we have a lot of great restaurants out here (even though at the moment eating out is not a happening as much because of COVID-19), place to enjoy as a family or with friends (like the Bowling alley and movie theater, for adults we have the casino and then there is Copper Sky).

Maricopa has a few nice recreational centers. There is Copper Sky which has a community pool with water slides, a gym and many programs for sports and active lifestyles. Then we have Ultra Star which is home to our movie theater, bowling alley, arcade and a few restaurants and bars. We have AkChin Hotel and Casino with some amazing restaurants. Shopping centers with many different options to find the things we need and so much more. Also, there are new things being built all the time stores, spots to eat and even a coming soon apartment/condo area and so much more.

Almost all the communities have playgrounds for families to enjoy and some have other fun things like pools, sports courts, splash pads and picnic areas. Maricopa is a very warm and welcoming city, you can't help but feel welcome when you are in the stores or even walking down the streets.

Now that I have told a bit about what you can expect when choosing to move to Maricopa, or stay in Maricopa, I can move on to the next steps.
