As Maricopa, AZ grows more new homes are being built. Right now Maricopa has a few new build areas. Glennwilde Groves has new builds, Palo Brea is brand new and some of the more developed subdivisions have new homes for sale as well. This is awesome for Maricopa, AZ these new build areas offer new styles of houses, more options when moving out to Maricopa and different sizes to appeal to all sizes of families. Maricopa Has a nice mixture of older houses, new homes and so many in between.

Let's start in Glennwilde Groves. Glennwilde has three areas of new homes for sale in Maricopa, AZ they are Calistoga at Glennwilde, Raintree at Glennwilde and Cottonwood at Glennwilde. The home builder for Glennwilde's new homes is Fulton Homes. In the Calistoga subsection of Glennwilde you can find nine different floor plans (Evangeline, Amorosa, Arroyo, Fairwinds, Helena, Jericho, Montelena, Romeo and Tamber Bay) ranging from 1595 square feet to 3052 square feet. Seven out of the nine floor plans have three bedrooms, one has bedrooms and one has five bedrooms. Not only are there nine different floor plans but you can also pick from four different elevations. The New homes for Sale in Calistoga start around $222,000 to $297,000 and then go up from there depending on the finishes you choose and any other upgrades you may add to your new home in Calistoga.

Raintree is another new homes section within Glennwilde. This subsection offers nine different floor plans (Eureka, Bandon Dunes, Seaside, Sunset bay, Rockaway, Harris Beach, Del Norte, Manchester Beach and Arena Cove) ranging from 1702 square feet to 3374 square feet. The two bigger square footage houses have 5-7 bedrooms and the rest have three bedrooms. The new homes in Raintree start around $244,000 and go up to $337,000K and will vary again depending on the upgrades you add to your new home. The Raintree development also have four elevations to choose from for how the outside of your house will look.

The third new homes are in Glennwilde is called Cottonwood. This section again has nine floor plans (Seaside, Sunset bay, Rockaway, Harris Beach, Pelican Beach, Del Norte, Manchester Beach, Arena Cove and Sea Ranch). The square footages over at Cottonwood start at 2086 square feet and go up to 3857 square feet. There are three floor plans that offer 5 -7 bedrooms and the rest are 3 bedrooms again. These houses over in Cottonwood feel big wit their open floor plans and spacious lots.

All of the new homes for sale in Glennwilde have exclusive features that are offered things like energy saving and security features, exterior features, impressive interiors, luxury bathroom options, chef kitchens and many other options that are available to you. Then you have the new homes for sale over in Palo Brea. The Seasons and Season II. These houses are made by Richmond America. Palo Brea has a lot of floor plan options including the RV Garage homes. People who buy a new home in Palo Brea are very close to Copper Sky our recreational Park out here in Maricopa, AZ. They are also right next to Ultra Star Multi Entertainment Center. The community also offers parks, playgrounds and a volleyball court.

The Seasons at Palo Brea offers six different floor plans (Peridot, Azure, Larimar, Sunstone, Pearl and Moonstone) these plans range from 1590 square feet up to 2630 square feet, Between the different floor plans you can get anywhere from three bedroom up to six bedrooms two to three bathrooms. These houses start around $225,000 and can go up depending on the floor plan, finishes and any upgrades you add to your home.

Palo Brea is also home to Seasons at palo Brea II which includes Richmond American Homes RV Garage home. These homes feature enclosed, air conditioned Rv Garages attached to the homes. The new RV garage homes have six floor plans (Sapphire, Emerald, Bronze, Pewter, Paulson and Pearce) starting around $268,000 and go up depending on the upgrades you add to your new home. These houses have anywhere from three to five bedrooms and the square footage range from 1690 square feet up to 2980 square feet. They have two stories and one story options all with an RV garage attached. Seasons at Palo Brea II is an awesome addition to Maricopa.

Maricopa Meadows has KHovnanian Homes being built in Aspire at Maricopa Meadows. This community has five floor plan options (Festival, Parade, Holiday, Triumph and Olympus) starting as low as $225,000 and going up from there depending on the upgrades you choose. These plans have options of three to four bedrooms with square footages ranging from 1598 square feet to 2303 square feet. Maricopa Meadows is home to three of Maricopa's Schools; Maricopa Elementary, Maricopa Wells Middle School and Maricopa High School. This is a very family friendly community with so many amenities for all lifestyles.

Juniper at Desert Passage has brand new KB Homes being built. There are five floor plan options (Plan 1431, Plan 1573, Plan 1852, Plan 2151 and Plan 2177). These new builds start in the mid $200,000's depending on the upgrades, floor plan and exterior elevation. The floor plans listed above are all two-story houses with two to five bedrooms and square footages ranging from 1431 square feet up to 2177 square feet. Desert Passage has a lot to offer and if a much quieter subdivision as it is semi hidden off the main roads. Check out these new builds in one of the quieter more relaxed communities Maricopa has to offer.

Homestead has two new home builders. Legacy at Homestead features new Meritage Homes and Homestead II has new KB Homes being built. Over at Legacy Meritage is offering five floor plans (Mayfair, Leslie, Aden, Mason and Jubilee). These houses start around $213,000 to $248,000 and go up depending on the options you pick. They offer three to four bedrooms and the square footage ranges from 1296 square feet up to 2027 square feet. They are energy efficient houses. Over in Homestead II Kb Homes is offering seven different floor plans (Plan 1411, Plan 1708, Plan 1860, Plan 2096, Plan 2301, Plan 2347 and Plan 2634). Homestead II's KB Homes start around $208,000 to $258,000 and go up from there depending on your selections. They offer three to four bedrooms and two to four car garages. The homesites are oversized lots giving more room for yards. These houses square footages range from 1411 square feet up to 2634 square feet. Having the option for larger lots and bigger garages these new homes are a necessity in Maricopa, AZ.

Sorrento has new Starlight Homes for sale and Scott Community Homes as well. They are offering four different floor plans (Larissa, Hawking, Firefly and Galileo). The houses offer three to five bedrooms. These houses start at $990 a month and go up to $1242 a month. The Scott Communities houses include six floorpans that start around $245,000 and have three to six bedrooms with square footages ranging from 1910 square feet to 3498 square feet.

Close by is Rancho Mirage which is offering new LGI homes. Rancho Mirage is offering two new floor plans Ajo and Bisbee, They start at $999 a month to $1039 a month, the houses are a three bedroom two bathroom house. LGI has a lot of different options for your new home.

Lennar is building new homes in Alterra. Discovery at Alterra has two floor plans to choose from the Barbaro Plan 3570 and the Barbaro Plan 3570. These houses are coming available in September of 2020 and they will be 4 bedrooms and two bath houses 1800 square feet starting around $251,000. This new Discovery community by Lennar will be directly across the street from Copper Sky which has so much to offer Maricopa.
